There was no real break room, so I bought the press and got inventive. I'm able to grill a steak to a perfect medium rare, along with a Portobello cap to make an awesome steak sandwich. Between that, and having a smoker at home, I made some good poop.

So easy to overcook it, too. A little olive oil and fresh herbs and spices is the way to go.

I can make squid pretty well...but I will never buy Octopus even though I love it. It's like 20 bucks for 3 tentacles and I'm too afraid that I'll (frank) it up. Every Japanese or Greek restaurant is Octo time.
