You seriously need to relax, my man. I’m so (frank)ing with you while trying to change the subject back to hockey.

See this is the problem with you god damn communists. You can’t face the facts and try to change the subject.

I know right, but you would likely have to change the scheduling. Right now the Matchups would be WAS-CGY, STL-TOR, BOS-EDM, PGH-FLA, TMP-PHL, NYI-VAN, COL-DAL, CBJ-CAR

That could be fun

I hate the current system. I’m sick of the same teams playing. It creates a rivalry with like 2 teams. Let them play 1-16 and every year you might have a new rivalry. The only other thing I’d change to go with this is to have a baseball style setup for home ice where you play 2-3-2 instead of 2-2-1-1-1. Cut down on the travel a lot, especially for coast to coast matchups.

This week's HBSL is going to be a breeze. The idiot I'm playing didn't change his lineup it looks like. He only has seven players who play one game.

I was there last week. I tried Hattie B’s Nashville hot chicken and it was unreal. Top five best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

While that is good, in Louisiana, they have Southern Classic and it's ridiculously good.

Well on a different note, a question for all you Canucks:

Planning out the year’s travel expenditure and on of the places my wife and I are looking at for our one year anniversary in August is Banff. Any suggestions on summer activities there and good places/companies to do them? Would definitely want to do some canoeing. Also any advise on value/bang for your buck frugal travel there is also welcome.

They're mostly in Northern Louisiana. Don't think they're in NOLA

I'd actually love to do that, but I'm not sure the wife would be looking to spend a large percentage of of one of the days fishing when the trip would just be a three day long weekend.

One of my best friends lives there. We honestly didn't do too much because I had been traveling across country and was exhausted. We went to Wendell Smith's, Hattie B's and Loveless Cafe.

Loveless was so so. Total tourist trap.

Wendell Smith's was amazing and so was Hattie B's.

Where did you go?

I’m actually from there. Main thing to do is hike as you’re in the mountains, mountain biking, paddle board or canoe on the river (which is a blue ribbon river- local fishing shop can tell you where to go) camping. Sulpher mountain has a gondola to the top with a restaurant up there. The banff centre often has small outdoor concerts and various types of artsy indoor performances. The hot springs suck as they are just a pool built to contain spring water. If I want a hot tub I just go to the Douglas fir hotel and walk into their hot tub for free. No ones ever said anything in like a two decades I been doing it. Check out the banff springs hotel, basically a castle built for the queen a 100 years ago that some Toronto investors group bought it and 2 other hotels a bit ago for 40 billion. Couple small museums in town. Lots of rock climbing in the area. Go to lake Louise (45 min drive west) go check out the lake, as well as moraine lake which is prob one of the most iconic photo locations. It’s mostly an outdoor area minus the use of quads and dirt bikes since it’s a national park.

I was at Hattie's is was awesome, I didn't got to Loveless or Wendell's. I'll have to check out Wendell's next time. I was a fan of Martin's the food was freaking great. Still so much to explore there and I'd love to go see the Pens there some time.
