Sounds about right. I know a few posters were going on about how we'll lose him after this year and so we should trade him, but that's never going to happen if we're in the playoff race. Dubas didn't acquire the guy just to trade him at the deadline lol. He got him to help us and be our rental, not someone else's. Or who knows, maybe he has some plan in how he's going to resign him, although I don't see how.

Don't think I like this deal, leaves a glaring hole in the top six and losing one of the highest value contracts on the team for a slight upgrade on D. Would hope that Dubas could pull off a smarter move, feels like he would get roasted for a deal like that. Especially when people realize that one D man won't fix the entire team's defensive issues....
