This. Toughness isn't about beating the piss out of the other team, it's about having the team as a collective willing to battle through the endless amounts of abuse they're going to get in the playoffs and not lose their heads.

You have to know you're going to get pummeled taking the puck to the net, and you have to be willing to keep doing it.
