Though not a Leafs fan, I’m certainly not a ‘hater’ like most. I will say though - surviving a physical game and coming out with a win is a lot different than winning 4 in a best of 7. It’s much harder playing every second night against a team that understands there will be no pushback if they target the big talent and run then down.

Exciting team to watch for sure, but just not built for the playoffs. I get the game has changed, but it’s still played by humans - humans can be intimidated. Tough, physical, mean matters.

Leafs were equally as physical as the Bruins were in the playoffs. Every player in the league get more physical as soon as playoffs start that isn't anything new. I'm not worried, and I doubt the players aren't either.
