Maybe he needs some more showcasing.

Thought Bellows looked pretty good. That line seemed to have a little more jump imo. I’m still trying to figure out how we won a game without Ross Johnston and Khunackl in the line up? Especially against the rough and tumble Stars.

Somehow Barzal survived the game without those two in the lineup. Trotz has to stop risking Barzal’s life and get Johnston back in the line up.

It's an interesting idea trading Greiss for another goalie with an expiring contract. Chicago would want more though. I'm not sure if there is another goalie the besides Robin the Isles can trade for if they want another goalie with Varly down the stretch?

They have a game that is being played as I type. My guess is he will be back for Thursday's game in Brooklyn.

not sure why Chicago would do this as Lehner has been their better of the 2 goalies. They are supposedly close on an extension with him too according to the NHL radio guys.

Yeah I think, if Chicago is going to trade him, they can get a hell of a lot more for him than basically a mid-round pick. He'd be perfect for Edmonton.

Just do not see Robin back with the Isles. If the Isles can move Thomas for another goalie with an expiring contract and the Isles do not have to give up a lot I'm all for it. I'm just not sure which goalies this would be?

I always liked Greiss but he has struggled being the 1A goalie. I worry if something happens to Varly and Varly is also not the most consistent goalie.
