I think you always have to look at the top 6. They get big ice time, PP time, and play in the key moments. Right now, ours is mediocre.

Before the back check moment happened, they cheated in the ozone and allowed the play to happen in the first place. It was a series of poor decisions that they thought they could get away with because there was so little time remaining.

I agree, I don't want to run Sam out of town, but that's a bad play and a bad look from a top player on the team, really anyone on the team.
I don't get why certain players can be constantly dumped on but some, you cant say a bad thing about.

It's not an excuse. It's perspective. The play looked bad. But there is A TON of bad in this franchise right now.

Kaiser is taking a step back and trusting Yahoo's view of the play and interview.

I paid $ to see that 1/2 ass effort.

Trailing behind Larkin as the clocked neared zero, Reinhart did indeed come off looking a little careless. But to pester him with multiple questions regarding this certain play is a little ridiculous. There are bigger problems at hand when it comes to Buffalo.

Despite the tireless efforts of Harrington to get some sort of emotional quote from Reinhart, the 24-year-old forward stayed strong.

Reinhart’s 19 goals and 44 points both place him second on the team in those categories through 54 games. So, at least someone is doing something besides Jack Eichel.

Trade him and a D for a better forward with heart and who can skate a bit, oh and get some separation. Put together a deal that might include Risto but the Sabres get something back of value too besides the upgrade in young forward.
