So then ppl shouldn’t be upset when they don’t hear Botts “get real” on a radio interview |

Has to be the dumbest idea I've seen on here let's trade a 19 year old franchise D that will most likely have 60-80 points in the coming years - gerbe75pts
How do you know that, nobody can say that. |

I want Cozens. We have a plethora of Dman that we could survive that trade, won't be as good but we could survive. I might consider the 1st for Larkin, to try and keep Dahlin. Larkin would be the perfect fit. - Buff36
I like cozens too. That's how trades happen.
You give up players that you like and the other team likes too.
Really think detroit would trade Larkin for our inevitable 8th overall pick? Your considering it?
I really think it would take a ror type trade. (Both times)
Everyone is looking for a 1A/ top 2C
3 it 4 solid pieces and our 1st most likely in my opinion

That on top of I may be wrong but imo Dahlin is far more marketable than Larkin. Other than the American angle what marketing wise can you say this makes sense. The NHl wants to get more global and what better way then to have what may become the biggest Sweed since the twins? - hubie
While i don’t disagree with any of that
It’s more of a thing for the NHL to consider than how Botts thinks he should build the team |

3,000ppl showing up would’ve made a hell of a statement, true or false?
Maybe if u were trying to organize a boycott then i could see where you’re coming from,
but are you? - jdfitz77
That's the complete opposite of what I think will work.

We got very fortune for so long with miller and company
The quick in and out being on that side is big imo. A girl i work with family is on the other end similar seats and takes them forever to get out.
Funny you mention the pitch to the northern borders, the guy next to me come from just south of Hamilton. Which is why he always wants weekends or tickets in 4s. Which is good and all but those games are easier to go to with a 4 year old so i dont have to leave after the 2nd every game.
IM not sure if there is much of a price difference between which rows youre in I may be wrong. - hubie
I've had my seasons 6 years and went to quite a few games the 2 years before.
All seats were signed over, skipping the line.
Rink side is more, but I think they cost the same from rows 2-up. On the other side the "upper" rows of the lowers behind the net I believe are cheaper.
In 300's the 1st 2 rows are $53 vs. $30 on the ends?
At least $20 more per ticket for a cup holder and cushion. Maybe a but more room?
40 games x $20 per game × 8 seats = over $6,400 to sit 1 row closer. That's part if why they are hard to part with.
The exit from 122-123-100 is really convenient. I doubt resale people consider that? |

Can’t turn a hockey team around as quick as football
Especially with the hole GMTM left us in
I just find it amusing that so many “die hard fans for 50 years” care enough to b!tch on here constantly,
but when an opportunity comes to make a real statement they’re still just hiding behind their keyboards in their safe space - jdfitz77

Well what do u mean by “work” ?
A 3,000 person protest would’ve been one of the lead stories on Sportscenter which airs about 18 times a day
And would’ve been a national story on every sports talk show, radio & tv
That would be a massive embarrassment,
especially following the Duane situation
And one that likely generates some sort of action from the Pegulas
Doing nothing doesn’t make a statement at all
U may be right if only 3,000 showed up to a game
But that’s unrealistic
It’ll never happen
And since it’ll never happen, no discernible action will come from the Pegulas
Not in the way u seem to want it
U missed your chance to be heard |

And how does Larking only get him $1mil ?

I think 1st timers to the section would agree, but i think those who do it once will keep coming back to it. I know it may be super petty but with my seats and around me its neat to be "on tv" all game
The other thing for me is that being close has worn off, have others felt that way too and would rather just get in the building vs being close

Hence that's why Dahlin, and I still don't think Detroit would do it - Buff36
This is getting a bit confusing.
Detroit wouldnt trade larkin for dahlin?
You would "consider" trading our 1st for larkin
Larkin> dahlin
1st (maybe at your discretion) > larkin
Your opinion of dahlin is pretty low.
I'm pretty sure every gm would take dahlin over svech for Carolina. And svech over larkin?
Has dahlin played that badly?
I value your opinion, it's just hearing national media say hes the best defenseman prospect possibly ever, kinda has me wanting to see it happen in buffalo. |
