The issue is Ullmark would be fine if he was able to start 3 out of 5 and Hutton could do 2 out of 5. Ullmark needing to start damn near every game because Hutton turned into a sieve wasn’t in the original plans. - dadeadhead
Hutton also had a .935 Sv% the last time he played on a team that defended this well. I’m not absolving Botts here, but I don’t think any of us saw Hutton being this bad. |

Maybe it's workload, but I think Ullmark is a below average starter. Works a lot better in a 1A/B situation where you can ride the hot hand.

Hence my Ullmark start 3 of 5 and Hutton 2 of 5.

He’s better than all of them. - Sabretooth9

Because he stinks - SABRES 89
I don’t necessarily think he stinks. He’s proven to be an avg to above avg 2nd liner. This issue is attitude come July 1st he’ll potentially be on his 5th team in a tad over 2 yrs. as I said sometimes it’s the player.... |

Addison is closer to Joker than Borgen. - Pegullaville
In terms of...what, how they're perceived?
Addison hasn't even played in any NHL games yet, let alone looked good in any.
He's a promising prospect, but I'm not sure I see the Jokiharju parallel. |

GMJR said the Pens have been after Zucker for 3 years.
Man it’s so ridiculous that Botterill said it can take a while for moves to be made. It’s just totally untrue - sbroads24
If trades take 3 years there's no reason to do them. Who knows where you're going to be in 3 years? Most likely out of a job. |

Jeremy Jacobs, owner of the Bruins, sewing seeds of discontent in Sabres fans by shorting concession stands of basic materials. Clever, and filthy. Worthy of renowned underhanded Boston chicanery. - PrinceChill
Napkins are next is what I heard. Then you're going to have to share cups for beer. |

I would say Addison falls somewhere in the middle of both. |

I was gonna say something but then I stopped.
I'm glad I stopped watching the games. If Eichel gets a shot at 50 goals or 100 pts, I'll tune in. That's about it.
I didn't even go to the games I normally do (Colorado, Columbus) because that's how badly I don't want to watch the Sabres play. |

"Been after" him is such a vague term.
Been "interested" is more likely. |

In that case, I’ve “been interested” in J-Lo for about 20 years now.

It's like the Murray, "I've liked him since Junior".
I get trades don't happen overnight, but if it takes 18 (frank)ing months? And if he hasn't been looking for a 2C since he dealt ROR, and he really was going to rely on an undersized kid with a year of college post draft then that's just gross negligence, in both meanings of "gross".
Don't try and sell me "well, Berglund was a stop-gap"; no, he wasn't, his career high of 52 points came 8 years before the trade. How is a 2C that incapable of picking up assists(30 was his career high, the same year he hit 52 points; Evander Kane who plays the wing and only get assists by accident averages 7 more per 82)? You can always shift a center to the wing, the opposite is not always(read: almost never) true. He's been asleep at the switch making pissant moves for Vesey and Johansson, and hoarding D-Men while there's a blackhole down the middle after Eichel.
I remember Chuck Fletcher saying he was after Marcus Foligno for years too, come on. If it takes that long to get a trade done for a 4th liner who can play some 3rd line minutes then the whole lot of them need to be fired. |
