or a McCabe.
- mhp

In a weird way I'd prefer it was McCabe. Bogo is gone at the end of the year and they seem more willing to put him up in the press box than McCabe. I think if we could gave gotten a stale box of donuts for Bogo they would have done it already.

So now with Hamonic getting hurt, and already without Giordano, maybe Calgary might want a Bogo

Wonder if Botts is still trying to find a suitor for ERod though.

And then you have to factor in the cap implications and ramifications...
- Gr8daygo

Yeah, there are a lot of moving parts: clauses, cap factors and willingness are all part of it. Just thought I'd post the numbers

The problem is that "higher-end" means skill and not celery

Bennett would be nice for 3rd line but in all honesty we have enough bottom forwards

Is he still playing center? I’ll take him at center over every center on the Sabres and Americans roster who isn’t named jack.

I do not even call and travel a mile and a half to eat that pizza.

It was good at 2 in the morning after the bars.

But if you've been paying attention a number of those bottom 6 forwards won't be here next year and Bennett is signed through next season.

I would do that. Lazar was a reclamation project and he's worked out well in his role this year. Maybe we'll do ok with another Calgary forward in Bennett.

I wonder if their discussions started with Bennett and moved to Frolik. It feels pretty rare to see a 1-for-1 hockey trade at the TDL. That's usually a draft day deal - kulikov for Pysyk

We are Dallas East. With a good goalie we are in a playoff spot. I have posted a countless amount of stats in the last 10 pages that support that argument.

If you choose to have a negative mindset, I can’t help with that.

I never once said we don’t need to add an elite offensive talent. Why do you think I’m happy about us being in a position to select another offensive weapon in the first round this year ?

We are two moves away from being a playoff team, whether or not Botts can do it is another story.

NHL average save percentage is .909 this year

Ullmark is .914

He did his part, Hutton just sucked ass in the majority of his 22 games. Regardless, that wasnt the critical difference this year. Scoring was.
