I’m horrible with values but he looks like one you build around. Ole Stevie Y will right that ship quickly.
I am curious to see how Stevie structures deals with a building team. I think he got away with some sweetheart deals in Tampa because of the team as a whole, the success they had and the lack of state income tax in Florida. It’ll be interesting to see... |
