Reality is, Leafs played like poop tonight. That's why they lost. Leafs can't control the referees. They can control their effort. Andersen kept it 2-1 for a long, long time. Leafs couldn't tie it and quit when things got tough.

I was going to say that from every time I’ve popped in here there are quite a few calling out players for being lazy orb giving little effort, which will result in penalties.

Again tonight was odd I’ll say but it wasn’t anything insane.

Shot attempts were like 48-17 at one point in favour of Buffalo.

Goals 4 and 5 Buffalo scores had zero to do with penalties, Toronto just got out hustled.

Maybe some tired legs?

You missed the point he was trying but failed miserably to make. He said the leafs don't get calls for thrm cause they aren't tying hard enough.... IE the other team hook, holds tripped slashes them ect but because he doesn't think they're playing hard enough the refs don't call penalties.
