Worst thing about the cap is having to lose current quality players because of contracts given to previous players. Damned NMC clauses, also can't "Redden" a player anymore. Thanks Slats.

I think most here agree. As long as he doesn't ask for a full NMC, I don't see him being traded. With Fox playing nlike he is, I think it's more possible that ADA gets traded and hopefully Skjei and Smith. Don't want to lose any forwards

I think Tony and Kreids(depending on salary) are the priorities. I don't think we can count on Hank retiring, and I don't see anyone really wanting Smith unfortunately.

Just a numbers game and prospect pool for Defense is much deeper. Fox, Keane, Miller,. UMass d man, rykov, Hejak etc might make ADA expendable

Nah, none of those guys have proved anything. If Buch was 5th in points in the whole league as a forward would you trade him because we had a good farm? Thats insane

ADA I think has to be the priority over Kreider, I have almost accepted CK is gonna be dealt. Sign Tony to a long term deal today, lock him in

Too bad the game changed just when we acquired him. Such a beast in Pitt.

I don't understand why people are saying that rangers are improbable to make the playoffs. In the past 2 days every wild card team lost except for the rangers. On top of that the rangers are on a 4 game won streak, playing 2 potential wild card does this week.. if the rangers win today this should be a sign that they are serious about a playoff run
