I hope not, unless we're getting an even better, fairly young defender in return...
He's sure as hell been better than Marincrap.

He's going with Nylander in the Doughty trade... everyone knows dis..

Don't. You'll thank yourself later for not having listened to Ron Wilson one more time.
- fifty__missions

I can't seem to find it anyways. Maybe he didn't have an exit press conference. All I found was one of Burke explaining why he was let go.
I did find one short video where a reporter gets down on a knee and shoves his mike closer, trying to get close enough to get his question asked, and Ron asks him if he has a ring...

Just yours.

I'm leaning towards you being a little asberger-y, but I can't quite put my finger on it. 🤔

Don't hold it against me it's a wide spectrum.

Please, tell me more doctor. Is 878 how many people you've treated and cured?

Leafs in on Namestikov

Yes as a UFA. No as a trade. Not worth it to waste assets.

About the only thing I liked about Wilson, and also Burke, for that matter, was how they often messed with the media. But yeah, Wilson was kind of a douche. Not as big of a douche as Babs apparently, but still...

Nah, rather move Dermott if that's what it takes to get that deal done. He's a LHD and due for an RFA raise. Liljegren RHD, cheaper for longer, younger too.

I've always liked him as a player, would have been nice to draft him back in the day but Tyler Biggs and Stuart Percy...

He'd make a solid 3rd line with Engvall and Mikheyev.

But only as a UFA. A trade for him makes no sense for the Leafs unless he's practically free, which we all know he won't be.

He tried to do too much, too quick. He thought he was in year 5 of a rebuild when he was really in year 1.

If they trade forward depth for D then he is.

Can’t weaken that bottom 6 too much.

Especially if Kap and Kerfoot were going the other way for D help.

Think about how little sense that makes. If Kapanen and/or Kerfoot is worth enough to get help on D, that means Namestnikov is going to be worth the same amount.

Too much to pay for a player that doesn't solve the problems.

He's alright as a UFA, dumb as a trade.

Yeah it hasn’t been good.

Makes sense that Dubas is sniffing around bottom 6 forwards.
