I won't argue. I'd like to find a suitable trade for Kerfoot. I don't know what his value actually is, but it's got to be devaluing by the game.

8 goals for 3+ million. Yeah...

Nice penalty Malgin, fitting right in quick.

It isn't so much that the Leafs didn't deserve the penalty. It is more that the calls against the other team aren't happening, again. This stuff about the Leafs not earning PP's is complete and utter bullpoop.

Of course Leafs kill the penalty and he scores on a breakaway as he exits the box.

Leafs do that all the time.

Right?

Already have bragging rights after your "Leafs in 6" debacle against the Bruins last year.

That's what the $500 dollar deposit is for.

And if it isn't, blame Andersen.

Now that's a hot PP. Just compress the box and then quick passes and shots for tips, traffic, rebounds.

Don’t beat around the question.

It’s a yes or no answer.

Deal?

14 shots given up. On pace for 42 shots. Gotta bring that down.

Should have started Campbell.

I think he's the only reason they didn't get scored on there. The PKers seemed pretty useless most of that PK. Even the guy in front of the net was able to do whatever they wanted even though there was a defender nearby.

Marner made a smart read there to put the stick down and anticipate the blueline pass.

That's a real gud PP though. Not sure how many PKs look good against that.

I read yesterday since Peter DeBoer took over the Vegas Knights, they give up 25 shots a game and take 35 shots a game. Leafs have already given up 14 in 1 period. It would be so refreshing to have a system and a team that could pull that off.

It's also a very poor PK with very little faith in itself. They don't know how to pressure the puck carrier effectively nor do they block lanes well. I don't really know what you call that. It's not a proper box. It's not pressure. It's . . .like zig zagging and scrambling.

Please, tell me more doctor. Is 878 how many people you've treated and cured?
- JohnFergusonJr

I do believe curiosity is a strong asbergers trait.

Well let me tell you little buddy, doctors don't cure people with asbergers, because if cannot be cured. So, no. 🤦‍♂️

This.

If I'm going to blame anything on Andersen (aside from not being as good as he has been), it's that I wish he'd control the puck better. He rarely catches it. He rarely freezes it. He rarely controls it in close where he CAN freeze it. That's certainly another part of his game that hurts their ability to PK and control the play in the D-Zone.

I thought the strategy was to give up the point and low danger shots while protecting in tight so they would have to shoot from further out, but then somehow the opposition often gets shots or tips from in close anyways...

You should describe how brilliant Andersen was on each and every shot. You got a great deal of respect last time you wasted your time with similar derp.
