Leafs need help on the blueline forsure but they definitely need some more depth in the Center position. I’m sure they are looking at both for the trade deadline.

I also wouldn't throw Vatanen out the door as a possibility.

Stone was just a "rental" before Vegas swooped in and turned him into a long term asset.

With his injury I am sure NJD would love to up his value with a sign and trade.

the only thing he's good at is getting the absolute minimum amount of points required to make his defensive issues almost worth dealing with.

If anybody acquires Buffy, it's for next season. It's pretty much well known he's not going to be ready for this season.

Aside from stating the obvious, that being, Ceci is also injured why would CBJ essentialyl do a 3 for 1 trade?

Yeah I don't see any team giving much for Risto. He probably eventually gets traded for a project prospect and a 2nd.

At this point, picking up from what reputable insiders are saying the D we can expect Dubas pushing for are-

Manson
Dumba
Severson
Vatanen

Speculation on Subban as well

While Manson is the clear best addition it would also cost an overpyament.
