Eh Mets fan hold out hope until mathmatical elimination, even if it means going 20-0 and the 1st place team going 0-20. There is no amount of delusion Mets fans can't come up with while somehow staying miserable.

I'm in a unique boat. Since I work for the sponsor, the worse the team is, the more during charitable auctions and stuff you can get primo ticket things. I remember one time a few years ago I was able to score a spot in the suite for one of Dice K's starts. I couldn't tell you anything about that game other than I took advantage of the free catering. I know I sipped a beer while chatting with one of the higher ups who was also drinking, but I couldn't tell you anything about what we talked about either
