Wait so the Canes had to use a 42 year old Zamboni driver tonight cause both of their goalies were hurt, and Toronto still lost?

Yeah, they scored on their first 2 shots against him and then he shut them out! He actually got the win too because they scored their 4th goal while he was in net. Frigggin' awesome!!

He's now in the top 10 players available at the trade deadline lol

They only had 8 shots on him. Which says it all. No heart, wtf is going on with that team?

Rangers might pass the Leafs lol.

10, but 8 after the first 2 goals. Ridiculous no matter how you slice it.

There was a ranger who got into trouble for that after a St. Louis game back in the 90s needed up going to rehab. Can’t remember his name

Some quick thoughts:

HUGE win tonite! Unfortunately, I still think we are sellers at this point. Unloading Kreider, Fast and possibly Georgi will all benefit this team in the long run. The return on Kreider I still believe will be substantial and will help our playoff push continue.

San Jose has got to be one of the largest teams in the NHL. There were times tonite where Rangers just got thrown around like rag dolls. However, it also accentuated how FAST our team is! We really have some great skaters on our squad!

No matter how our team finishes out the season, you cannot question their heart and character. Quinn has these kids playing hard! I bring this up because I cannot believe Toronto tonite. What an embarrassment! Saturday night hockey at home and they lose badly to a 42 year old goalie that they literally pulled out of the stands! He played nearly half the game and the Leafs could only muster 10 total shots on him in a must - win game. What a disgrace ---- blow it up in Toronto --- they are going NOWHERE!

Its most likely reality. We have had 8 yrs of CK20 never breaking the 30g mark and wait tell me if you have heard this before, he is playing better in his contract year. if he wants 7x7 that will be another long term rich contract on the books. We will have have 40 million invested in 5 players Zib whos next contract will be 8-9 per Panarin 12 Trouba 8 and Shady at 5 CK20 at 7. That is a disaster waiting to happen.

Maybe they will sign him. I was wrong once before. We will see by Monday, thats for sure.
