Can't stand afternoon games. Pens always seem to come out foggy. I expect the same tomorrow.....even after this train wreck.

I'm not sure what he can do with this squad. Clearly a mistake to scratch Riikki, but Schultz sucks, JJ sucks, Trottman sucks, Petts and Letang weren't great today.

I said it a couple of weeks ago, the defense has become threadbare since Marino went down. A lot of our recent problems can be traced to this.

I think having Pettersson and Riikola as your two top four LDs in whatever order would be an improvement.

On a side note, despite two blowouts in a row I thought that Schultz has looked strong the last two games.

Physical game and two bad losses right before the deadline.
