On the bright side, Tampa and Boston also got embarrassed last night 👍

both of those teams lost big, but to good teams.........the leafs lost to an AHL zamboni driver.

if you added the bruins and bolts embarrassment together, multiplied it by 3 million, it would only be about 0.4% of the embarrassment the leafs should feel.

Imagine if you’re a lifelong Leafs fan, you’ve saved up some money to go to your first game ever, you’re taking your wife or your kid, it has cost you a week’s salary, you drove a few hours, and that was the game they gave you.

That the team didn't cover themselves in glory is obvious..

But that Sandin / Barrie paring ...That's a serious level of ugly... Can Rasmus ever ..like ever win a 1 on 1 battle in the D zone.

Turns out he only ended up having to make a couple saves.

Yes, the Leafs effort was kinda pitiful (especially getting TWO powerplays) but gotta admit it was cool just how balls out aggressive the Canes got in trying to shut Toronto down. The Leafs never had any time to make a play.
