No first or second round pick and not a very deep prospect pool when you consider most of our good young kids are on the team.

I’m still in rebuild mode. I think JB has moved on. In his mind, the next three years is his window.

I don’t think we’ll be seeing many 1st round picks from the Canucks over the next five years.

Was thinking about that earlier. It’s great when you go from a basement team to a playoff team, but how much does it suck to go the other way? Especially if you’ve been with that team through the struggles of making back to the playoffs

Still not dead yet. I don't think TO will sign Barrie in the summer so they are letting him walk for free . Could be a game of chicken going on. Probably not but until the bell rings it is not over.

I would still like to see Edler and Barrie . This way you can gauge him over this time and see if you want to re sign him
