All joking aside, if true and he's gone for the season and playoffs, he can say goodbye to that big payday next season. I think he needed a strong playoff to differentiate himself as a top end goalie. Prove to all that this seasons wasn't a fluke and he deserves top end money.

Someone on twitter did the math, and I think hes due to miss, at minimum, the next 11 games. Demko will definitely be tested over the next stretch.
