It's funny that you had to create a new tier to do enough mental gymnastics to call Matthews a generational talent.

Interesting list...but there are 8 guys ranked ahead at least i wouldnt trade sandin straight up for on that list for including a guy ranked 14 taken in the 2nd round of his draft kaliev. Same goes for kravtsov denisenko boqvist etc etc.

Sandin is a 2nd pair, LHD. Can score points, can't defend and he's undersized.

That's not bad but it's not top pair either. He's not going to usurp Rielly and he's not a RHD either. The Leafs are still going to make trades to solve their issues.

Couver were all over the Broons. Made them look just as worse as the Leafs last night. Tampa sucked big time, Vasilevsky couldn't stop a beach ball. It was a night of (frank)edupness IMO.
