I make fun of them here and there, but I still can't believe what went down.
I mean Matthews, Marner, Tavares, they got skills.
Maybe they will learn that they need to work a little bit as well at some point. I don't know. - deadpoulet
They have skills for sure but I seriously question their maturity and commitment, they seem to be only interested in padding their own stats. It's all about making fancy plays and wow the gallery.
In our own backyard, I see Drouin has having similar issues thus my desire to unload him. |

Well Mike Commodore is saying he's been traded or something. But he's the only one saying it. |

hey pinotte! did you hear the word elite in there? listen carefully - fidopro
Ya he was talking about the players thinking that about themselves. O-dog didn't talk about posters on HB.
Slight difference one you may not have noticed |

Oh ... that guy!
Does he have any insight or is it just hot air coming out of his ass? |

... I was reading the wiki on him, he doesn't seem to be a fan of Mike Babcock. |

He's been quite candid about how he feels about him. There's an episode of spittin chiclets where he explains the whole thing |

Maybe Colorado has an eye on Drouin. Maybe.
But if there was a deal already done, we would know from other sources by now.
And if they watched him recently, they probably didn't like what they saw from Drouin. |

Drouin to Colorado has has been a thing for nearly 2 years...that Drouin and MacKinnon pairing in junio was so good that it will always be a thing, doesn’t mean it will happen though... |

I wouldn’t be surprised specially that they have a few players injured, counting Rantanen.
But what could Drouin fetch? Graves? Zadorov? 1st? There must be a player back in return |
|
|
|
I wouldn’t be surprised Bergy did that for Kovy. Few teams has called and probably Kovalchuk has chosen where to go.
I wouldn’t be surprised Kovy comes back to MTL this summer.
Kovalchuk was bought out.
MTL gave him a chance.
Kovalchuk has a chance for the cup.
MTL still got a 3rd in a strong draft.
Wins wins.
Good luck kovy! |

Hard to get a big return when the guy is Injured so often... |

Zadorov nearly broke KK....I think its Graves and a draft pick....but Drouin has sucked since coming back so not sure that's gonna happen... |

I’m hoping for a second 1st rounders today. The draft is pretty deep this year, probably the best in last decade.
Graves is interesting but I’m not sold. He’s playing with Makar which is a Calder runner.
I like the way he’s 6’5 and having best +\- in the NHL.

Colororado won't trade him.
Maybe Jost, a pick or a prospect.
Bergevin would be selling low on Drouin right now.
Tatar is another story. |

Drouin for Timmins + a 1st - obie
He’s RD. Unless Petry is going I see no reason to trade for Timmins. Also we need NHLers.. it’s good to trade for picks but someone like Drouin needs to bring us back something solid.
We gave Sergachev for him |

Add Jost to the package I proposed I suppose but I'm not too big on him |
