Are there really isles fans upset about the Pageau trade and signing?? Jesus christ you filled your biggest need. I could see if there was no signing, then its pretty bad, especially if you got bumped early in the playoffs

The signing justifies the price they paid. I'd have been upset if we gave up our 1st two picks this year for a couple months of Pageau. But getting him for 6 years at a fair price is a home run.

I cannot believe Carolina did that. I think Skjei is straight trash and has a terrible contract to boot. Has it come out which 1st it is yet? If not, I'm guessing it's conditional and is whichever of the two is later in the 1st. There's a chance both teams miss the playoffs though

With a name like Jordan Schmaltz. Its guaranteed he never amounts to anything more then trivia. As the other guy who Isles trade for on the day they got Pageau.

Had this been the only trade of the day for the Isles. I dare to say, The Wolfpack may have come out of hiding!

Kid had a tough games with turn overs against The Sharks.

I think you’ll see Brassard on the 2nd line with Beau and Nelson which had some success in the beginning of the year.

Dare I say your 3rd Line maybe Bailey, Pageau, and Ladd.

He may not be down for long. Ladd looked okay in his one game up and 'could' have an impact, but I definitely would prefer Bellows. We're unquestionably a better team now, but still lack a true sniper.

Probably not since they sent Koivula down and called him back up. I'd guess they sent him down so he wouldn't have to remain on the NHL roster for the remainder of the season, and called him back up so he can go tomorrow if Brassard can't.
