Green is outright garbage
Baumgarnter gets his direction from see above.
Pettersson is a stick boy, a twig, great hockey player but lighter than a popcorn fart.

If you read my post correctly you will see both positive and negative observations, which any objective person will undertake.

And call me jerkstore or any other name and you will spend some time in the penalty box.

Maybe just stick to hating on Boeser and Demko.

Agree with all of the above Mak.

I know, just kidding around. But the inconsistency of this team is frustrating. Looking forward to a time where the energy and effort is obvious most nights.

I can understand that individual players have off nights. But our whole team seems to collectively mail it in at times.
Weird.

I agree with this, and in my opinion this is a function of the coaching staff and Green did address it last night with the timeout. I bet he was hoping they would have sorted it out themselves, but had to step in.

He's not the answer.
- VanHockeyGuy

Then who is? There are no other adds coming this year, except Rafferty. And he is a rookie offensive type dman. At least Tree has some size that might work on a 3rd pair in the playoffs

Will your narrative change when green wins the Adams ? I’d imagine he is a top candidate

Canucks are 12th overall in the league. What makes you think he is a top candidate?

If they win the division he would be a finalist for sure. This is a pretty sh!t team. They would be the biggest overachievers and that carry’s a lot of weight

Vingeault should be the winner based on this criteria. Tippett over Green, Green is getting marginally better every year, that should be normal for a coach over 4 years.

I don't think personal improvement in comparison to the previous year is one of the criteria

The Canucks were predicted to be a bottom feeder before the season started. Being a division winner would certainly defy the expectations, for which the couch typically gets credit. Also, the Jack Adams often goes to the team who's goalie saves them the most, as Luongo did for Vigneault those lean early years.

Hi,

New blog is up. Canucks couldn't curry the favour of the hockey gods on Thursday, and a dive into some of Quinn Hughes' incredible numbers.
