Good win tonight. Hope they crank it up again in Florida. Probably our biggest flaw is that we need to play with that emotion more often. Let's hope the keep it going in Florida.

Hey I have no issue with Holl at the league minimum... not his fault the d corps have been decimated and he’s being asked to do more than play 3rd pairing minutes. He’s an NHLer for sure, but as a 5th or 6th.

It may be unpopular, but I think Holl can handle the 3/4 role. Maybe he's out of his depth against elite teams, but against most 2nd line competition Holl has been okay. Being thrust into top line competition is certainly showing that's not a level he's going to compete at successfully.

A bottom pairing guy at league minimum plays 25mins due to a blue line decimated by injuries (3 of top 4 out if muzzin is long term) and the leafs still get the win.

Complaining about that is like a kid who’s crying about not being given a 3rd chocolate bar. Completely unfounded.

They dug in and got the win tonight

And to the people saying Andersen bailed them out? Good. That’s what goalies do... they are part of the team too

But now they can take some of the good things from this game and use it to keep them pushing hard in the next game.
