Rick Five couldn’t score more than 25 in today’s league. Most players were drunk from April to November. Goalies was like Bernie at best. Overall very few good teams. |

Verifiably false. - JohnFergusonJr
we don't know what Thorton wanted to do. Lebrun's article says a whole lot of nothing.
I would not be surprised that he doesn't want to play here, in a stupid market where Pronger's asked what he would do to Nylander for scoring that between the leg goal when like it's done by players all the time, like two weeks ago. |

It said elite contenders. Leafs are barely a playoff team. It's easy to read between the lines. |

They get Muffin and Reilly back as a plus. CC is a minus in my book. |

Pull Andersen please - mcleafs
Stop - 1st softie in awhile and everyone’s ready to pile on?
The 1st 2 was terrible play in front of him.
3rd one was easily stoppable by a housleaguer |

Well, that stands to reason that if he has like one last shot at a cup, he's going to go to the best chance he has to win it and that is most certainly not Toronto this year.
Would he have said no if Toronto made a bid for him? Who knows. |

Fun fact:
Barrie has more NHL experience than the rest of your defense combined.
And he's Tyson Barrie.
Scary stuff. |

Not the prettiest game so far, but at least the Leafs are tied up (rather than behind) heading into the 2nd.
Freddy hasn't been great for sure, although the team has also been sloppy. With Muzzin now out, not to mention Rielly, we need the rest of the defenders to step up. |

No. You must either hate Andersen or have a circle jerk over Andersen. there shall be no middle ground. |

You got it.
1st one was a rebound because he was screened. You can see him move his head to track the puck and sees it coming late. He got a late track on it and the open man was WIDE open.
2nd one, another bad giveaway (one of what felt like dozens that period), 2 on 1, D doesn't tie up the stick. Hard shot going 5-hole, not easy to control where it goes after the 1st save.
3rd one, definitely a bad one and at a bad time. That's the one people should be complaining about, not the first two. |
