Special teams were good and Hart was very good. Overall at 5 on 5 they did not play a great period. They gave up a ton of chances to the Rangers and the game could easily be tied or worse. Ultimately what's on the scoreboard is all that really matters but the Flyers need to clean some things up.

He held off and just cut dead weight, but then studied this team hard last season, and really recognized what/who this team needed. Chuck Fletcher deserves major credit. On top of this, and it’s still a small sample size, but all these teams who made big moves have struggled since the TDL. Meanwhile our subtle moves haven’t resulted in a loss yet.

I don’t know what game you were watching. The Rangers had a few good chances but so did the flyers.
I actually thought they had the better of the play 5 on 5 by a slight margin.
The rags can score so it’s not like they wouldn’t get chances.

It's now become apparent to me that AV has had a huge impact on this team and the players have listened to him.

Player wants to go with Pitlick and you saw him shrug his shoulders and skate away.

Lemieux wants to go with NAK. NAK does nothing and Flyers get a PP.

On Friday a rangers fan was saying here the other Lemieux takes dumbs penalty when someone suggested TK should target DeAngelo

Aube-Kubel and Pitlick deserve a ton of credit for walking away from these dopes. Keep it clean, simple and march on into the playoffs!
