Nope, just have a passion for food. Made me a fat (frank) for most of my life, lol. I bake, I cook...but I don't think I'd want to do it for a living, so much, unless I ran my own diner, because most haute cuisine doesn't appeal to me in the least.

I wonder if ghee would work, as the milk solids are removed. Before I cook or bake for anyone, I make sure of all allergies and intolerances are covered. I've done an apple crisp in a potluck setting for people, including some with celiac. I had both an oat and a rice krispie crunchy granola topping in separate containers. Just baked the apples, spices, and fresh cranberries separately.

Hearing that Hendrix Lapieŕre may play again in the next two weeks. Evidently, what has been causing his headaches is a neck injury that has been affecting a nerve, and not a concussion as many thought. This would be good news on two fronts.

Could maybe make his stock rise at the draft if he has a good playoff run.

En tant que fans, on veut entendre qu'il y aura des gros moves mais l'affaire c'est qu'il peut évidemment pas dire ça de même.

J'ose croire qu'il n'est pas cave et qu'il sait que le status quo n'est pas acceptable...mais il va quand même pas dévoiler ses intentions 2-3 mois à l'avance.

Yeah, expected...but still, I mean they aren't even fighting for a playoffs spot.

You can't think that going in with the same staff, on and off the ice, will yield different results next season. They need a shakeup, some sort of push forward.
