Motley Crue's musical talent was always surpassed by their lifestyle and the bad boy thing. I will say Too Fast for Love and Shout at the Devil were pretty good albums. With the rest having sporadic decent tunes. But yes a tad over-rated to be sure lol.

Wild Side is an excellent tune regardless.

Rhythmically Jimmy was one of (if not the) best. But left quite a bit to be desired as a lead. Allman was unreal as is Warren Haynes with Gov't Mule. I saw him live in 2004 and truly thought I was in the presence of greatness.
