Well that was disappointing.
Wish I could put my finger on it, but there is just something going on with this group. Lacklustre game until Pettersson comes out of the penalty box.... |

One of the great debates. Blizzard for sure is right there but Bark at the Moon deserves just as much mention. I think it's a better album than Diary. Also don't forget No More Tears the first Zakk Wylde album. Unreal guitar sound and solos. Maybe not on the level of Rhoads or Lee but awfully close. I personally would have Bark at the Moon in his top 2.
Oh and as great as Rhoads was , Eddie Van Halen is the 'Gaud' bro - LordHumungous
No more tears was zakks 2nd album w ozzy, not the 1st. 'No rest for the wicked' was his 1st |

Ya Eddie worshipped Jimmy Page as I know was heavily influenced from Jimmy's violin bow 'tapping'. But Eddie never cited Jimmy as the master he always seemed to lead towards Rory Gallagher or Danny Gatton. Those guys were unreal. Most historians cited Rhoads as the first to bring the 'neo-classical-style' to rock guitar but really it was Eddie. - LordHumungous
Eddie worshipped clapton not page. Also You can hear it in his playing and use of the Stratocaster.
Eddie was never in the neo-classical style. Rhoads was also not the 1st. Uli jon roth was the 1st. |

I’m always surprised when people still think Motley Crue is even slightly good, blows my mind. It’s like commercial jingles set to heavy riffs. - neem55
I have to agree. Terrible songs. They were purely a gimmick |

Sorry boys (and Carol), that’s my fault for picking up Demko in my hockey pool. I haven’t got a single win from him in the games I’ve played him. I’ll drop him tomorrow and pick up a pacific team backup for good luck! |

Not a matter of worshipping, page was simply the best and zep did everything themselves, Frank the media and record companies and they changed music and how to do business with an iron fist, demanding an 80% take from promoters when it was 40% or we don't play and everyone after them can thank them for turning blues into hard rock and getting richer. |

Not sure I should go there, might be something off with the players, other than Pettersson’s girlfriend getting knocked up by Virtanen.
Insider Don needs to speak up, maybe Miller is to alpha? |

Yes result sucked game of missed opportunities. Some games and teams just don't work for Canucks. CBJ was blocking everything so they wind up over passing and a lot of posts and crossbars.

Blew another 2 points, jackets had nothing again and we were not sharp and some bad luck around the net. |

Jackets were there for the taking and I kept waiting for the nucks to take over the game but it didn't happen, can't blame demko on this one.

Low scoring defensive games don't favour the Canucks they are too mistake prone. They just need to be an offensive machine and the PP has gone dry at home.
BB can't come back soon enough to give them that extra punch. |

They are not quite there yet, this is a learning experience but it would be nice to get in. |

Doesn’t sound like a recipe for playoff success. |

This one easily could have gone our way, a lot of missed shot by the big boys trying to pick corners I thought |

Different styles have won it before but the goal for this teams progression is to get in and learn from the experience. |
