Besides, people keep saying... it's no worse than the flu, and many people die of the flu. Well, most of the warnings/precautions to combat coronavirus will reduce the cases of the flu as well. And, many people died from the flu because they don't get their flu shot. When the coronavirus vaccine becomes available, many people still won't get it. All the media and politicians are doing is trying to educate the public.
We can debate how good of a job they are doing (may be Bill's comment section isn't the best place for this). But, it's never a bad thing to educate people. If it comes across as scary... so be it, the world is a scary place.

I can confirm the bangwagon is a real thing. Just walking around center city and south philly this weekend, there are SO many more people sporting Flyers hats, shirts and jackets. People are supporting loud and proud. I love it.

That's every loss normally. Amazing how many losses the refs cost that team. A few games ago people were saying the Flyers are playing "above their heads" and will fizzle out. I doubt they've been watching flyers games if they think that.

Happens to pretty much every team during a long winning streak. Did they win games they probably shouldn't have? Yeah. Will they win some games maybe they shouldn't the remainder of the schedule? Probably.

Just like they'll probably lose some games they shouldn't. I'm not really worried they got hot too early.
