I'm meant to fly to Australia tomorrow. My wife and kid left last Friday. I've been pretty stressed all day that my flights might get cancelled. But the worst thing so far has been that I'll need to isolate for 2 weeks when I get back, even though there is plenty of corona here and my likelihood of contracting it in Oz is pretty much par.

If there is going to be a pandemic, I need to be with my family. I'll worry about the rest of it after the fact.

I'm all for taking some precautions but I think we should be canceling spring break instead of extending it. Send the old teachers home and bring in more university co-ops.

Some early good news about the virus . An elderly couple that tested positive said they just had mild discomfort. Rita Wilson was in good spirits yesterday as was Sophie Trudeau.

We are not sure what stage of the virus they are in but so far they seem positive about a healthy recovery.
