I have been in cash apart from dipping in and out of gold a couple weeks ago and pocketing on SQQQ last week.

This is not a normal flu, and I wish both the U.S and Canada treated it as such back in January and millions of people wouldn’t have to lose crazy amounts of money.

I don't know if it would've made a huge difference. Banning almost all leisure activities that require you to leave the house is going to decimate the economy. It may have stopped the initial panic, but the few days of big gains off-set it because it was lower faster than it should've been.

It was inevitable. The only way to stop it is a mass quarantine which would of had the same effect on business and markets. This isn’t just America. Every country Is getting decimated. Africa has been only place safe so far

Hasn't it already been invoked? I thought the Stafford Act was just a way to open up $50 billion for emergency funding?

national state of emergency should mean pretty much everything shut down except supply stores, medical workers, cops and firemen
