I'll gladly accept a check from the government, but i wish there was a way for them to only give it to people who need it.

Best virus press conference thus far. Dr. Fauci seems to really be coming into his own as far as getting his message across. The combative nature of the press corp has subsided. There are still inklings of it, but nothing like even a week ago. I like what I'm hearing on an economic relief front. There is a recognition from everyone this is serious business and huge responses are needed. Support has been indicated for a vast swath of the American economy.

The Senate has said they wont adjourn today without a bill. The Administration says they want checks in people's hands within two weeks, so expect a bill on that within two days. The American system is starting to work again. It just took a pandemic flu to get it going.

That's a very fair criticism. As I was saying to a friend today when we were texting about a similar issue of gov't corruption, "Just one of the 10,000 reasons over the last 20 years public institutions have lost trust of the American people."
