Homie,
this has shut down the world

H1n1 didn’t come close to doing that
And it’s still irrelevant to bring up things that happened years ago
Has nothing to do with what’s happening now

but in reality

more people will die from car crashes and gun shots in our country then this during the time it's active

1st and 1st.

I'm covered head-to-toe in discounted takeout corned beef hash and an N-95 mask

Enough said. This is what comes out of buffal sabres and Buffalo Bills fans. Ted Nolan was a moron.he didn't watch film, didn't have a sysTem,was as bright as two watt light bulb. I love freedom of speech, but not when idiotic, senseless spewing comes out,95% of fans who have no clue about sports, that's why regier(no high school education) Nolan , Rex and Rob Ryan's get jobs. They are part of the 95% who have no clue but get jobs because there isn't enough smart people

did it really take almost five pages to mention the original hasek trade?...

and i'mthatguy mentioned o'reilly while someone else mentioned hasek to Detroit--on pages 4 and 5, resepctively

what exactly is my best?

I can't take anything that's Sabres-associated seriously until I see an actual product on the ice. Not horribly contrasted and damp looking uniforms and a bunch of undisciplined idiots, but a well-dressed and entertaining game and an atmosphere that doesn't drag with paper fans and drunk morons who don't know how to root for a team whether it's losing or not. Obviously the losing has a lot to do with it but I don't like how a miserable on-ice attitude has been allowed to drag on this entire time.

Ted Nolan wouldn't have been such a bad last few years and we still would have finished last. For a guy who loves his "Sabres Alumni", Terry Pegula sure has run through quite a few of them since he's bought the team.

It's no excuse for lazy management this last several years, in any case. The marketing is stale, the presentation is old, the tone is flat and the environment is empty of any kind of emotion. It's all just a ho-hum attitude from the top down, and the fanbase isn't free of this criticism, either. The players live like the populace does in Buffalo.

Criticize Jack and Sam for supposedly being drinkers who stay up until the sun comes up on game days and still show up to work, yeah, how dare they. They aren't Jim-Kellying around town or driving into buildings and literally every single player ever does that when they're young and grinding the schedule.

I do see them go through the motions but I do NOT see them mope. I have seen a few players mope and be invisible leaders in a confused locker-room that's clearly hostile because they don't have a healthy work environment.

It's still a (frank)ing poop-show and until it actually appears as a consistent and entertaining on-ice product, then there's no point in repeating the same things Ad nauseam and taking blog discussion so seriously that it interferes with your everyday life.

Suck it, beady.

Did you go buy 3 months of food when H1N1 killed 3,000?????
.

- Der Kaiser

no, the media did not make it out to be deadly 24/7

businesses were not closing, many for good

I did not work from home then

I probably had 2 months saving, a mortgage, and was living paycheck to paycheck

now I run my own business from home, have a lot of money and do what I want with it

side note, yesterday was my busiest day ever for on line sales, go figure that one out

yes...but the real point is that if this is left unchecked, it would be an unmitigated, world-wide disaster...for an example, see italy

I was down to my last $40 in South Florida on Spring Break 1986. Drunk ass bastard with a chewed up unlit cigar in his mouth told me, "Always bet the big dog. Ain't no jockeys, aint no saddles. Aint hardly rules. Always bet the big dog."

Won my gas money home and then some.

There are high risk people who have to work to eat. That's what sucks. A lot of people are in danger. My message would be: dont be a selfish wiener. Ask yourself if you really need to leave the house because we are all part of a society

that's the problem...it affects the elderly and those with weakened systems and it can lay dormant for two weeks...acting early would have been the smart thing to do, having to play catch-up didn't help matters

My message is a little less specific.

It applies in all circumstances - pandemic or no.

And it just says: don't be any kind of wiener.
