bills just signed DE mario addison

9.5 sacks last year

Pass rusher was definitely the most pressing need in my eyes for the Bills, that’s another good pick up.

Very solid pickup. That is more sacks than Shaq had I’m sure the money is okay too.

#1 WR was definitely the most pressing need to raise the bar in Josh Allen's rookie contract. They can manufacture QB pressures if they have to but not manufacture big plays regularly. Three WR's with one stud changes the offense.

Stefon Diggs' 2019 #ReceptionPerception success rate vs. coverage scores:

vs. man: 76.5%
vs. zone: 84.3%
vs. press: 79.1% (career best)

He's now finished above the 93rd percentile against man coverage for three-straight years. He is the best route runner in the NFL.

Let's hope Diggs does for Allen what Cooper did for Prescott.

Alexander did retire, right? I was listening to the radio yesterday and he was on, and they introduced him as "Buffalo Bills LB...". He was on GR/ESPN talking about the CBA.

He has definitely retired. Maybe he is just going his last duty of representing for the CBA.

McD’s Team First Philosophies will be put to the test with Diggs and Daboll is going to have to channel his inner Marchibroda.

But Allen isn’t ready to throw 40xs a game
We overpaid for Diggs
And sped up the timeline for expectations with a QB that still has a ways to go & was progressing at a good rate

If Allen doesn’t take a big step next year,
are we having a discussion about whether or not he’s really a “franchise” qb?

Bc now he’s “got the weapons”

They gave up a 1st and a 4th. The other two picks were house money. Still have 7 picks in this year's draft. How is that an overpay for a 1,000 yard receiver?

The draft chart equivalent for #22, a 4th, 5th, 6th subtracting the 7th they get back is the #18 overall. If you’re the Bills, you do that all day every day for Diggs. Diggs wasn’t happy in Minnesota either so it’s a good trade for Minnesota too.

Can’t compare it to the Houston trad3 as O’Brien’s clearly a Moran who’s over his head

Now go sign Harris, Reader, Howard and Quinn for about $30m/year all in and we have ourselves a championship quality offseason

Yeah, I was talking more about him being introduced like a current member of the Bills, and I didn't hear any retirement talk.

That wanted out
In a year where the draft is deeper than its ever been at WR

Landry for example was had for a 4th & 7th
It’s not like we gave all that up for Hopkins
Diggs simply isn’t on that level

He’s a good player, no doubt
Highest pick we should’ve given up was a 2nd

Rookie WR's are no guarantee to make an impact.

You know what you're getting with Diggs. He's still young and under contract for 4 more years. Beane is trying to win. Ballsy move, and I like it.

Botterill should pay attention.

He’s also upset at being in a run first offense in Minny
Are we gonna start throwing 40xs a game?
Bc Allen isn’t ready for that

We just unnecessarily sped up Allen’s timeline of development, and overpaid to do so

Was Beane so eager to get him that he gave up a 1st when it could’ve been a 2nd?
We’ll never know
But Diggs wanted out,
AND
this is the deepest WR draft ever

Sure doesn’t seem like Beane leveraged those points in trade negotiations
Again... don’t know for sure
But he sure does like throwing picks around,
doesn’t he?

That’s a bad habit imo

Yeah, Good idea. Tell the mass public that corona is going to kill us all and create mass hysteria and panic.

People still went to the grocery store but it wasn’t an all out panic and it wasn’t like Black Friday shopping with fights and other stuff like that.

I don’t hate what they did and I hate politics

- Sabretooth9

Not sure where you grocery shop, but here in Albany NY, short of fights, it was exactly like Black Friday.

People waiting in line outside the grocery store waiting for it to open half an hour before opening.

People running to aisles with carts, loading up on toilet paper, soap, and so many other items.

Lines taking 30 to 60 minutes to check out.

Sure felt like Black Friday at the grocery store the past week or so.

How long will it realistically take you to eat everything you've said you've purchased the past couple of days? Six months? Longer?
