I feel for you considering your situation, but you aren't the only one who's life might be destroyed by this.

Schools all closed, and virtually nobody on the street.
Meanwhile, since this has only fully started last Sunday (15th), Spain is actually looking worse than Italy as for projected deaths.
I haven't been out of the house / garden since last Friday.
the lockdown effects will only start to work 10-15 days from now. We'll be in this situation for 4-6 weeks.
In the meanwhile, getting groceries is getting more difficult.

I made it to work in 12 minutes this morning, usually a 30 minute drive or worse. It’s a ghost town out there.
