Ouch that must be incredibly frustrating work right about now, are you interacting with others much or mostly just working the phone/online?

i have an office/cubicle, but its essentially buying for all of my end users (clinical and non clinical) but also panic buying and sourcing for covid-19. Its absolutely unbelievable how little stock there is out there to obtain, and the stock that we do have in our hospital warehouses, is all reserved for front line health workers (gloves, masks, wipes, face shields, gowns, hand sanitizer, etc). We have been told to just bring our own cleaning supplies from home as they are all reserved (rightfully so).

Thanks, yes! I was able to help the bee find his escape route. It's not easy in this place - my windows aren't very big.

I was impressed by Lockwood's attitude when I saw him last summer - and I think we're learning not to discount players just because they're on the smallish side. I'm happy to wait and see what he delivers when we all get back to business!

We could use a high motor guy in the bottom six, im looking forward to seeing how his game translates to pro

Jack Rathbone is excited about Canucks but wants to wait for coronavirus crisis to ease before deciding about pro hockey. Story coming.

Agreed.

Rathbone has two years of eligibility left, so he'll have some options to weigh once things start getting back to normal.

Some of these young ELC players will get a chance next year. Mackey is said to more than likely to be playing for the Flames next year and I hear there is someone else Calgary have on D.

Next year there should be a spot or two on Canucks D available for a guy like Rafferty Tryamkin Rathbone or Briesbois.

I know this sounds crazy but if the cap drops then Canucks and most teams can't sign all their free agents and will need to turn to ELC .

The other side of the coin is sports takes a huge huge hit , then education for Rathbone is a better answer.

Thanks Carol, keep up the great work.

Heard on the radio today that Italy has seen a rise in the number of deaths of front line health care workers, as well as those who are now unable to work and are in hospital themselves. But yeah, the media is probably just making it up, this thing is harmless.

About to get laid off at work. No customers, no revenue no pay cheques.

The site didn't do the quote to the comment I replied to...

But surprised you didn't clue in I was insinuating that props be given to those keeping the supply chain going and filled with the goods people need at this time...

They really do. I saw that save on foods is giving every worker a 2$ raise effective immediately. Risk is still there, but a nice show of appreciation

It’ll cost more, but I’ll shop there because of that. I hope people remember the companies that have gone above and beyond for their employees and customers on the other side of this.

Doubly so on the jerkoffs not helping their employees... though it shouldn't come to much surprise:

It was a No frills in my town that started things off here, with opening stores, for seniors only, at 8 am.
Good on these stores for stepping up to the plate
Also, good on health care workers, Emergency service crews, truckers.

It'd be a good idea if they actually had the shelves stocked at that time for seniors. Most of what seniors need and want are out of stock and most stores are having trouble with having enough staff to stock the shelves. Most chains (Save-On, Safeway, Thrifty's, etc.) do not do night stocking as most people do not want to work graveyard shifts which is partially what is contributing to the lack of TP/PT/hand sanitizers on the shelves. Kinda hard to stock product during the day when everyone sees an employee dragging out a skid of TP and within seconds it's already empty by people grabbing it.
