there are no people better or worse in dealing with a global crisis, anybody doing anything to help, are all helpfull and good humans, healthcare workers are still at work through this and are the best prepared and trained to deal with it , also are not required to do so , but chose the profession . |

It'd be a good idea if they actually had the shelves stocked at that time for seniors. Most of what seniors need and want are out of stock and most stores are having trouble with having enough staff to stock the shelves. Most chains (Save-On, Safeway, Thrifty's, etc.) do not do night stocking as most people do not want to work graveyard shifts which is partially what is contributing to the lack of TP/PT/hand sanitizers on the shelves. Kinda hard to stock product during the day when everyone sees an employee dragging out a skid of TP and within seconds it's already empty by people grabbing it. - DariusKnight
That is sad and not allowed here in my community. The shelves are fairly stocked.
One couple got a bit belligerent about it and there happened to be 2 gentleman about 6'4" 250 lbs that kindly asked the couple to leave the store.

Stores here have been pretty good. Havent seen too many completely empty shelves outside of TP,paper towel, lysol wipes. I understand your frustration though. |

Lockwood like Jake had only a set back injuring his shoulder. Many forget that it takes time to reset & continue their development. When or if Will makes the team I see him being Roussels or Mottes replacement on the 4th line. ELC’s can be our ticket or at least at modest raise once that could happen. |

Did you get rid of the bee?
I have heard good and not so good about Lockwood so I don't have a lot to say on him.
I like the Michealis signing. You could see the drop off of Sutters game this year so having some insurance is a good thing. He is suppose to be a play maker so I wonder if he will eventually move Gauds to the wing? I know too early to tell.
Benning does think he is NHL close. - VANTEL
I think Sutter has played OK. I see him traded once JB needs his spot opened up when a prospect earns it. Cap savings are coming.

Jack Rathbone is excited about Canucks but wants to wait for coronavirus crisis to ease before deciding about pro hockey. Story coming.
“With everything going and how chaotic things are... my family and I just didn’t feel this is the right time to make that decision.”

This makes sense - VANTEL
Absolutely no reason to rush into signing with everything in limbo.

It was a No frills in my town that started things off here, with opening stores, for seniors only, at 8 am.
Good on these stores for stepping up to the plate
Also, good on health care workers, Emergency service crews, truckers. - Reubenkincade

My humble apologies for blabbing. Night shift is ending for me soon & when I check in I get verbal diarrhea lol
Besides I like upping the hits on Carol’s blog & I feel ashamed that work has gotten in the way.

Although it is a kind gesture it should be to those that need help.
I am 65 and can go bump elbows with anyone. I think senior discounts and advantages are wonderful for those that need assistance . Not all people 65 need assistance though. |

Sutter for Sens 2nd - Nighthawk
Canucks are going to need to make choices. Some obvious answers are moving Eriksson Sven Sutter . Should be an entertaining offseason with plenty of screaming

I’m predicting 1 compliance buyout is to come. There could even be a ceiling to what amount might be allowed as to the cap being affected. A blended solution if you will. The NHLPA could seek escrow relief to be swayed into agreement. |

In the wake of the Astros being caught cheating and shamed this is one thing Brady is smart on to distance himself from Belicheat!!
Even though Brady is a cheater as well lol |

All fine points if things were to resume as normal. Though there are so many unknowns its hard to comprehend what the new normal is or will be. Rathbone's decision to hold off is but a reflection of the state of things. I guess all we can do is speculate now about how its just a matter of time and everything resumes and what can the Canucks do as that's our escape. |

Seth Myers had a field day ripping into Trump last night. It was probably one of the funniest monologues ever. |

Bill Daily said yesterday they are talking to the NHLPA daily and intend to have a meeting next week with all the GMs but the cap is way down on priority of the things they need to talk about. |

The 2020 IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship has been cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic
Most likely you can now expect the #Canucks to start talking to Nils Hoglander about a contract. |

I was thinking of him yesterday. He went to Australia to visit his daughter and grand daughter. I think he left the day after the rugby 7's in Vancouver and said he wouldn't be posting (or reading) while away. I can only imagine that he is happy to be with his family during this frightening time. Hope they are well. |
