Made it a few times. We prepare it based on the recipe, using beer instead of water, and then slow cooking it at 275 for 5 or 6 hours.
We made the cornbread once before and it was delicious. Making it again tonight. A crisp, cold beer or a Malbec or Merlot would be a nice companion.
