There was ten to twelve games left in the season, I could see a modified system but you can bet your ass Detroit and Ottawa will have the best odds. Unlike the Crosby draft where they missed an entire season they’re only missing an 1/8th of one year.

I don't know about 'Merica, but in BC they are counting "presumptive" cases. That means if you have symptoms, and have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, they aren't going to test you, they will tell you to isolate yourself, but they will count you as a "new case" even if they don't know for sure.

Because a lot of teams paid to be in the race, to try and win the cup and now they can't. All traded picks for this season should push to next(ours becomes a 20/21 or 21/22 pick as an example) and this draft just becomes each team gets 1 in each round based off standings and a shot at moving up in the 1st round. Or something to that effect. We paid a 2nd for Toffoli and then the season got cancelled. They either need to do a playoffs based off point % or this years draft just becomes a free for all type deal.

I never intimated anything about you. I was only saying I’m not sure what their protocol is in the US, or other provinces for that matter. But I can tell you matter of fact, from the mouth of the woman counting the cases in BC, they are including presumptive cases now, without testing.
