The Who - "Quadrophenia"
Santana - "Moonflower" - Marwood
Love Quadrophenia. How about Supertramp Crime of the Century. Can we agree that this is one of the best albums ever? I'm listening to it now, for the second time this week |

I remember coming home from a party pretty high on mushrooms and cranking that lying on the couch in the basement. Awesome album!
Quadrophenia is one of my all time faves, the movie too. Hit the bong hard before firing up "Moonflower"! |

We take a step back without Marky in net, we aren't even in the conversation before the 'pause' for the playoffs without him. Demko isn't ready and the rest of the UFA goalies are barely NHL backup quality. - DariusKnight
Agreed. Lehner is the only name that could be in the same category. Hopefully JB is teying to get him signed now that the pause is on. And Toffoli/Tanev for that matter. |

I really love 5:15. It's probably the most recognizable song on the album, but still. So good.
Crime of the Century and Animals were in constant rotation on my bedtime list.
Just downloaded Moonflower, it's in the queue, up next! |

I would imagine that all UFA contract talks have halted completely as neither team nor agents know how the stoppage will affect the salary cap next year. |

NHL is still talking of playing in September . If they do that Free Agency would not be July 1 |

They can't sign anyone not in ELC's because they don't know what the cap is going to be and when play will resume. Note even Tryamkin which was interested to sign and available, there is no news or talk on that anymore.
Unfortunately things are going to be up in the air for quite some time. We are not even close to the wave of cases starting. But the hospitals are emptying beds of non emergent patients to make room for the wave and stalking up on ventilators. |

That right now might be the best case scenario of a condensed September in October play off only format to a award a 2020 SC. Then condense schedule for next season canceling family week break and all star game etc. plus pre-season.
However all that is still speculation because the insider health officials know that you can test negative when symptom free but you could have had Coviid 19 prior, when symptoms were prevalent and can get it again. Thus, other then those Malaria drugs and ventilators there is no way to treat it to give those most effected no matter age group a chance.
Seems likely that until there is a tested and working vaccine things are going to be on hold in a new normal of shut downs and social distancing. |

What? I thought there was no science backing this up.
Stop posting false USA propaganda.
I'm referring to the malaria drugs nonsense just to be clear. |

Yeah, I'm just saying that given the current situation (playoffs or not), Benning and Markstrom (agent) have probably postponed their discussions until they have a clearer idea of what next season will look like. If the salary cap is going to drop significantly, then Markstrom will need to understand that in order to stay, he will have to take less $ to make it work. If the NHL will artificially prop the cap up, then the team understands that they offer current market rates. Just so much uncertainty right now. |

I think the union and league are going to have to sit down and revisit everything. There will likely be an adjustment to current salaries, ticket prices, overall revenue. |

I find it beyond belief that the same people calling for old people to die to save the American economy have the audacity to call themselves “pro-lifers”.
When will this madness end? |

Well, when you have a guy that calls COVID-19, "That Chinese virus" and that "We don't want the cure to be worse than the disease" in order to lift self-isolation restrictions to make sure the US economy doesn't tank just so that he can look good to his voter base and get re-elected in November, tells you everything you need to know right? |

Yes, it’s so obvious to anyone with even a thread of intelligence. Yet I posted a link (in our forum) from Fox News that said God is working through Trump to save America.
It’s so bat poop crazy that it’s almost impossible to discuss rationally. |

All hail The Pumpkin King. When that large a percentage of a country's population is as stupid as his base, perhaps the citizens no longer deserve the right to vote.
Democracy had a pretty good run. |
