Knew a Harry Palmer. Personally, I'd go by my middle name. - Fenrir

There a few signed players I’d love to see moved, or bought out, or retire. But, I’d sign Fast for market instead of overpaying for Strome. Without any doubt. - Bromancer
Strome is the guy that isn’t coming back imo. Just a hunch. He’s the perfect sell high player.

I agree, but unfortunately our center depth isn't as strong as we had thought at the beginning of the season. I'm concerned about Chytil jumping to the second line. I think he needs another year.

I feel that way, too.
I would take him back for sure, on the right deal.
IMO, he is the guy that really benefited from having Quickie on his wing. |

I'm still the only guy on team Strome. |

Players arent greedy, They are the ones who fill the seats. Their careers arent long and deserve to get as much as they can. Its the GMs who are dumb for handing out such ludicrous contracts. - Brukie
You have a point on this. I never understood the lockouts because it's the GMs who give out the contracts not the players. If the owners feel the contracts are out of control time to reign in the GMs not the players. |

I have always been a person on the side of the players in the lockouts/strikes, but I'd just like to point that the reason for the 2004-2005 lockout was that the owners demanded a salary cap, and as annoying as the cap can be sometimes, It was the right thing to do, the league needed it.
the 1994 lockout was an absolute joke though, dont even get me started on that one |

The cap saved the Rangers I know that. Once that happen they started having winning seasons again. |

No doubt, look at those years preceeding 2004, year after year of overspending on bad contracts and missing the playoffs. |

Rangers had two Glen Sathers, pre 2004 was awful then after 2004 he was forced to make much better decisions and teams. He took a lot of heat but he really became a good GM |
