So King Cuomo signed an executive order where he will be allowed to take medical supplies, including ventilators from areas and institutions that "don't need them", yet in the same breath mandates a shutdown. Want to know how to run a state into the ground, just follow his career since 2010. What this virus is truly showing is the incredible incompetence by many governors throughout the nation, but the main story should be how badly Cuomo has handled NYC.

They were always going to be (frank)ed even if everyone, including Trump, did everything perfectly. Just way too many people living way too close together to make any sort of meaningful difference. I mean the city has more population alone than Wyoming, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Rhode Island, Montana, Maine, and about half of New Hampshire combined; all in an area 20% the size of Rhode Island. They're like a giant cruise ship.

I don't like Coumo, but nothing was gonna stop the virus from getting into NY Once it got out of China. It is one of the most traveled to Cities in the World.

They're saying that Trump said in February that all the reporting that coronavirus is a major public health disaster waiting to happen and that the administration was not taking it seriously enough was a hoax. It wasn't.

And this isn't an inference drawn from his words. Trump literally called it their "new hoax." I posted that quote here. Pachla transcribed the entire portion of the rally where he called it a hoax.

The only way to have stopped it would've been to shut everything down, starting with the airport, before anyone would've accepted things being shut down. No mayor of NYC, or governor of NY, and no President would've done so, regardless of party. The lack of preparedness in our hospitals is on them all, from city governments, up to federal bureaucracy.
