That's cool, I just prefer Granlund. - Buff36
I would rather sign Galchenyuk for 1/3 of the cost and put him back at his natural position at center. |

Start with this year's unprotected first and Mittelstadt. Also have to strike before the 10-team no-trade kicks in. I assume the start of the new league year will be moved, so that's doable.
1st and Mitts would be an easy yes for me. If Cozens, it would have to be a top-5 protected first - jcragcrumple
Man it would be tough giving up that 1st. |

I think Cozens has the chance to be as good as Monahan . And i don’t think it’s a slim chance |

Where did you get that from? - kingcong39
One I proposed a while back. Sam's from Western Canada, so he might like being closer to home (Vancouver area) and Monahan is from Brampton, about a 2 hour drive from here. Brodie and Hamonic, Calgary's 1/2 RD are both UFAs, so Montour could be a cheaper replacement than one of them and Bennett seems to be on his way out.
Ideally I would then send Bennett to Edmonton for Puljujarvi, although Bennett is also from the Toronto suburbs and possibly a change of scenery would do him good. |

My guess is Calgary would want Reinhart and Montour, while the Sabres would need to take another contract back in addition to Monahan to make the money work. |

You had to bring that up, good old Music City Miracle. Still can remember standing in front of the TV cheering just before that kick off and then standing there with my mouth on the floor wondering what happened. |

Should of copyrighted that when you got the chance
I still think that’s a slight overpayment.

Everyone is spooked out because of Mittelstadt but Cozens is a very good prospect. |

Probably Karma for benching the guy
I can't understand organization that benches a guy When he is the one that you got into the playoffs lol |

He actually didn't have the best year, the defense was very good that year. But it was a very surprising move by Phillips. |

Adding Mangiapane would make it an overpayment by Calgary as they love the guy. |

So you don't eat meat, but gelatin is ok? You do know what gelatin is made from, right?
I did have a burger the other day made from black beans or some crap. In fact, I had 2. Very tasty. Chased it with some teriyaki beef jerky. Yum. |

2020-21 outlook: I wouldn’t be surprised if Bennett – like another former high pick in Sean Monahan – is one of the notable names moved by the Flames this off-season, whenever that may be.
He wasn't having a great year last year, and the year prior may have been the anomaly compared to the rest of his career so far. |

My proposal as the core of the trade was Reinhart and Montour for Monahan and Bennett. - kingcong39
I'd do that 8 days a week |

Monahan and Mangiapane - Pegullaville
I don't think it's an over payment considering Monahan is signed for 3 more years at $6.375m. That is one of the better contracts in the league. |

I mean we are either buying low on Monahan, or he really is just meh.
In a league that’s tough to find centers in their prime, don’t you have to ask the question on why he is even available in the first place ? |

My guess on why they would move him would be a dissatisfaction with their core. Sound familiar? |
