An egg is an egg and tofu is tofu. So you are eating coagulating soy milk and algae for breakfast.

Spector's note: If they were to shop him (RNH) in the off-season (whenever that might be), it’ll be for a second-line winger, not a puck-moving defenseman.

If Edmonton would be looking to actually trade RNH, which I highly doubt, I would think this could be a potential blockbuster deal. I would like a chance to talk about an extension with RNH before any deal is made though.

Reinhart, Mitts and McCabe
for
RNH, Puljujarvi and Russell

Edmonton gets their 2nd line winger, a cheaper/ younger replacement for Russell and a value return for a player that will not play in Edmonton again

Buffalo gets a great 2C (probably the best player in the deal), a steady veteran stay at home dman to pair with Dahlin and a potential steal in JP that could be a 1/2 RW.

Could replace McCabe with Miller or Montour if they prefer a RD over LD.

Sorry accidentally flagged you. But I would do that trade.

From CNN Health:
"Veggies to blame for majority of foodborne illnesses

Did you have a nasty case of food poisoning this year? Chances are that fruit or vegetables were the culprit."

"Although contaminated meat and poultry triggered fewer illnesses, they accounted for the most deaths β€” at 19% β€” from listeria and salmonella infections. In the last ten years, there have been three major listeria outbreaks linked to sliced processed turkey, and salmonella was responsible for the most recent sickness among several people who consumed kibbeh, a Middle Eastern dish with raw meat, from a restaurant in Detroit."

The same goes for fruits, veggies and meat: as long as you handle and prepare it properly, there should be no worries.

I have had all of it before. I do not like it and will not eat it especially if I do not have to. I immediately turn off anyone or anything that proposes that it is just like meat.

It is not no matter how many times it is put out into the ethos.
