The 1st round pick this year and Cozens are non starters.

I totally agree with this, I have no problem with Mitts being involved. But think Rhino gets the Convo started.

Then you fill with Holtz or Raymond, even Stutzy looks interesting. I still would like Lundell but there is a lot of talent in the draft this year.

It will take Reinhart plus, IMO.

Don't forget Rossi as well, unless you think he will already be off the board.

Lundell too slow for my liking from scouting reports.

I actually like Quinn better then Rossi, but Rossi just scores where ever he goes.

Lundell is just a Hockey player to me. Reminds me of Bergeron.

Olofsson/Eichel/Rossi
Skinner/Monahan/kahun
Bennett/Cozens/Aspland/Tage

Looks like a great start to a winning team.

Reinhart and Risto or Montour for Monahan and Bennett. Prob will need something little more from our side to make it work

Nobody knows yet where Sabres will pick, or even how the Lottery will be conducted.
But they are in 7th now, let's assume:
-15 teams still in the lottery
- 1 team slides from outside into the top 3

Therefore, Sabres pick 8th.

Further, prospects taken in picks 1 - 6 are:
1- LaFreniere
2- Byfield
3- Drysdale
4- Stutzle
5- Raymond
6- Holtz

So left from the projected at the top are
Rossi, Lundell, Askarov, Pefetti, Zary

Who you taking? Why?

Rossi for me. Very talented, puck possession driver, plays with a bit of an edge. Good on the dot, plays 200 ft game.

I would put Cozens on the wing to start, and Asplund or Larsson on the dot.

He's an O'reilly, Bergeron type player. You don't like that?

Well depending how the Balls fall, the Sabres are gonna get a good hockey player.

I get Bennett added to the trade to balance contract values, but I would look for something else, or reduce the trade value from the Sabres and just focus on Monahan.
Lazar is cheaper and brings most of what Bennett does.

Well I am sending this out to all of use on this board, be safe and listen to what they are telling people to do during this crisis. A friend of are's was put on a ventilator and induced Coma last night at St. JOSEPH'S. Please be safe out there and take care of your families.

Dude is a great 2 way Center. If the cost is Reinhart and a defencemen not named dahlin or joker you do it in a heartbeat.

Only thing holding Rossi back at this point I think his people overlooking him due to his height.

If he were 6’0 instead of 5’9 he’d be the convo to go #2 or #3

Sorry to hear Buff, let's hope he does well and goes on the Recovered list.

I saw an article which listed the projections by State...projected Infected, Deaths, the date the Apex of curve will be realized. Was interesting.
These models continue to have a high degree of inaccuracy.
For instance, a new model released in the last 2 days projected NYS to have 33%+ higher level of need than actual for only 1 day out in the future.

If you can afford to, these next 2 weeks will be the time to do so.

Grocery stores should be doing a poop ton more than they are...limit the number of people in the store at once, making isles one-way, curb-side pick-up and check-out, etc. Some are doing some of these...all should be doing most.
