Secondly, you are partially correct, the SPC is held between the individual player, the club and the league - as the league has certain requirements for players to follow as well.

Hi Carol, great stuff!

I find brining ribs works really well if you just like the flavour of the meat, makes it a lot juicier. Should be able to find a recipe easy enough, but it's basically:

Salt-couple cups
Sugar- less so maybe 1/2 cup
Red wine- two cups
Herbs spices- i like pepercorns, a bay leaf and some worchestershire for ribs.

Add water to cover meat, make sure it’s submerged and leave in that brine for an few hours(you can leave it 6-8 hours so the get started earlier than later)

You can but dont need to heat the brine to combine everything, just mix it well and it works great. I just did one with a whole chicken the other day and it was a hit.

I prefer no compliance buyouts or any kind of breaks to clubs for contacts they signed. They should have to live with their mistakes.

Clubs with cap space should get the credit and benefit of managing the cap. They should be able to fleece the desperate club's trying to get under the cap.
